TTVERSARY T&Cs
- This TTversary (“TTversary”) terms and conditions shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription, https://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/service-subscription (‘Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) and the Points terms and conditions, https://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/tune-talk-points (‘Tune Talk Points Terms and Conditions’).
- TTversary is a Tune Talk loyalty program that celebrates its subscribers’ annual date of registration by offering them exclusive deals and offerings that are redeemable via Points.
- All Subscribers that participate in this loyalty program are bound by the Points Terms and Conditions together with the Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s Service. Tune Talk reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, vary or change any Points or Service Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice to Subscribers.
- Upon nearing the anniversary of his/her registration date, the subscriber will receive reminders as per below:
- 3 (Three) months away = A non-interactive banner in the My Account page of the Tune Talk App.
- 10 (Ten) days away = A banner with a countdown timer in the My Account page of the Tune Talk App.
- On the date of registration = A clickable banner that leads to the TTversary page listing all the available deals. This banner lasts for 7 (Seven) days.
- The TTversary deals are not fixed and may change from time to time, with each deal having its exclusive redemption terms, conditions and validity periods.
- The deals listed in the TTversary page are limited and are open to all subscribers who registered within the same calendar week on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- In the event of a particular deal being out of stock, Tune Talk reserves the right to replace any deals with another deal of the same perceived value without any prior notice.
- The deals will be open for redemption for a week (Seven days) from the day the clickable banner appears.
- Depending on the value of the deals, some deals may require Points redemption by the subscriber. The deals will be redeemable by full Points as default, but subscribers are given a choice to adjust to Points + credit based on their preferred value.
- The deals available for TTversary are exclusive and available in first come first serve basis. However, all eligible subscribers will still be able to redeem exclusive TT Goodies crafted for TTversary.
- The redemptions are mobile number-specific and are not transferable to other mobile numbers, be it belonging to the same owner or otherwise.
- Termination of service (through mobile number porting out or expiry of lifecycle) will result in forfeiture of all accumulated Points and redeemed deals with immediate effect. Once forfeited, the Points cannot be retrieved or transferred to another account. Any requests to retrieve forfeited Points will not be entertained.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to temporarily block, suspend or cancel the Points to the Subscriber or Service if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the Points and/or Service has been abused, used or exploited commercially without Tune Talk authorization, fraud or against any law.
- Authenticity of registrations will be subject to audit and checks by Tune Talk. If registration is proven to be fraudulent including but not limited due to false IDs, commercial usage, unauthorized registrations, etc. Tune Talk reserves the right to terminate the line without notice.
- All queries pertaining to the above Promotions should be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by Live Chat , calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 (non-Tune Talk or overseas) from 8am to 10pm daily.
- Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and word applicable to natural person include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
- Law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
- The Subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements and governed by Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy at https://www.tunetalk.com/my/en/ancillary/tnc/privacy-policy.
