On 19 Aug 2009, Tune Talk Sdn Bhd was officially launched and it is now Malaysia’s fastest growing MVNO. As a digital lifestyle telecommunication company, we aim to offer mobile plans at great value, capture consumers with attractive rewards and provide creative digital solutions in day-to-day life.

The evolving technological transformation has widened our distribution channels and given us bigger opportunities for our products to be more accessible. Primarily, Tune Talk is owned by Tune Group and Celcom Axiata Berhad. Being part of the Tune Group, the company has the advantage to collaborate with our sister companies within the Capital A Berhad such as airasia, airasia Ride, Tune Protect and more in providing desired products and substantial incentives.

Over the past decade, Tune Talk is recognised to be an innovative disruptor that will progressively deliver out-of-the-box solutions in this highly competitive telecommunication industry. We believe that optimising the user experience and adapting to the ever changing people’s behaviour are the primary keys to ensure customer’s satisfaction in this mobile-first era. In 2020, we achieved the 1 million active subscribers’ milestone and we will keep on striving to #GoBeyond.

Collaboration with CelcomDigi

Having signed an agreement with Celcom (Malaysia) in December 2008 has since brought our Mobile Network Operator (MNO) game further with Celcom's comprehensive nationwide reach.

Our collaboration with Celcom exhibits the best joint efforts of the country's premier telecommunications provider and an MVNO to bring innovation and revolutionise the country's mobile industry.

Tune Talk is the result and culmination of years of dedication and hard work. It is our aspiration to become the ASEAN MVNO and works are underway to make this a reality even though our subscribers are currently enjoying full roaming on the back of Celcom's existing roaming arrangements.

As an MNO, our business model allows us to focus on improving our products, marketing and customer service without the need to build and maintain a full cellular network.

This allows us to keep our capital investments low, thus focusing on offering super low call rates and giving our subscribers great customer service.

Tune Talk is a licensed Network Service Provider (Individual) and Application Service Provider (Class) numbering block sanctioned by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
