Position the Role Reports to

State Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Skill Requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel extensively within Klang Valley.
  • Prior sales experience in FMCG or telecommunication or any other related industry required.
  • Possess a ‘Can Do’ attitude, and highly motivated.
  • Familiar with retailer routes within Klang Valley.
  • Excellent Negotiation and convincing skills.
Minimum Education Requirement

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in related discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform sales visitation & sell in, to retailers for assigned region.
  • Perform cold calling to retailers & work closely with distributor to ensure orders are in place & stocks are delivered as per the timeline set.
  • To monitor sales performance on assigned territory on daily basis.
  • Plan and be responsible for achieving sales target in the region.
  • Trains & develop retailers for assigned region.
  • Ensure prominent brand presence in assigned region via POSM and other branding materials.
  • Ensure the accessibility and availability of company products within the region.
  • Gathers and examines information and market feedback pertaining to product and pricing.
  • Provides marketing and sales strategy recommendations to Management.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with resellers and key account decision markers.
  • To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or Management from time-to-time.
