What is a Traveller SIM?

The Traveller SIM is a roaming SIM card ready to be used anytime in over 14 countries around the world.

Can I use my Traveller SIM in other countries if I still have data quota balance?

You may use the Traveller SIM if the country you are visiting is listed on the Traveller SIM pack and is still within the validity period.

Red Pack: Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Cambodia

Black Pack: China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Philippines

*Note: If you travel to another country which is excluded from the countries listed on the Traveller SIM pack, you need to purchase a different pack of Traveller SIM.

What should I do if my SIM cannot access the internet?
