Tune Talk VAS Utilities (International) T&Cs
These Terms and Conditions (βTermsβ) apply to your use of the [VAS Airtime / VAS Utilities / VAS Vouchers] service offered under Tune Talkβs Value Added Services (βVASβ). These Terms are to be read together with the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions, which apply to all VAS services. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail for this specific service.
- Definitions
- βVASβ means the Tune Talk platform offering Value Added Services, including International Airtime, International Utilities, International Vouchers, and Google Direct Carrier Billing (Google DCB).
- βVAS Utilities (International)β means the Service that allows you to make payments for selected international utility providers through the Tune Talk platform.
- βTTNow+β refers to the Tune Talk airtime balance, which may be used as a payment method for VAS transactions.
- βUserβ or βyouβ means any person who accesses or uses VAS and its Services.
- Service Description
- VAS Utilities (International) enables you to make bill payments to eligible utility providers in participating countries.
- For certain providers, you will receive a PIN code after purchase (e.g., PLN β Indonesia).
- For other providers, no PIN will be issued, and payments will be credited directly to the utility account (e.g., PGN β Indonesia).
- The availability of countries, vendors, payment denominations, and payment channels may be updated from time to time at Tune Talkβs discretion as more providers and countries are added.
- Payment Methods and Charges
- All payments for this service are subject to the payment methods, charges, and service tax provisions stated in the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds and cancellations for this service are subject to Clause 6 of the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions. If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline for assistance as stated in Clause 13 of the Tune Talk VAS Terms & Conditions.
- Tune Talkβs liability for this service is as stated in Clause 11 of the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility
- The Service is available to all active Tune Talk subscribers.
- You must provide accurate and complete details for the transaction.
- Delivery and Redemption
- For utility providers requiring a PIN (e.g., PLN β Indonesia), the PIN will be delivered via the Tune Talk App and/or SMS.
- For utility providers not requiring a PIN (e.g., PGN β Indonesia), the payment will be processed and credited directly to the registered utility account.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the account or meter number provided is correct before confirming payment.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- All successful payments are final and non-refundable.
- If payment via TTNow+ fails and the amount is not delivered to the utility provider, any deducted funds will be refunded to your original payment method after verification by Tune Talk.
- If payment was made using methods other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Care for assistance as stated in Clause 13. All such requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with Tune Talkβs refund policies.
- Limitation
- Service availability, supported utility providers, payment denominations, and payment methods are subject to change without notice.
- Tune Talk is not responsible for:
- Incorrect account or meter numbers provided by you;
- Refusal by the utility provider to accept the payment;
- Delays caused by the utility provider in processing the payment.
- Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and Tune Talkβs Privacy Policy.
- Suspension or Termination
- Tune Talk may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for operational, regulatory, or security reasons.
- Liability and Indemnity
- The Service is provided βas isβ and βas availableβ. Tune Talk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from your use of the Service.
- Amendments
- Tune Talk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
