What is the Tune Talk Epik Data SIM Pack?

It’s a SIM card bundled with data, sold as a pack together with selected partner devices. The SIM is data-only (no calls, SMS, IDD or roaming).

How do I activate the SIM?

Simply insert the SIM into your device (router, CCTV, IoT, etc.) and connect to the network. The validity starts automatically once the SIM connects for the first time.

Can I make calls or send SMS with this SIM?

The Epik Data SIM Pack is for data use only. Voice, SMS, IDD, and roaming are not supported.

Does my unused data carry forward to the next month?

Any unused data at the end of each 30-day cycle is forfeited and does not carry forward.

Can I repurchase or stack plans?
  • Yes! You can repurchase the pack via the Tune Talk Epik Data SIM Webpage or by scanning the QR code provided with your pack.
  • Multiple purchases will stack sequentially, with the next cycle starting after the current one ends.
What if my SIM card is lost, damaged, or defective?
  • You can request a SIM replacement by contacting Tune Talk Customer Care.
  • After verification, any remaining validity and unused data will be transferred to your new SIM.
  • Please note:
    1. A replacement fee may apply.
    2. Replacement is only allowed if the SIM is active or within the Grace Period.
    3. Expired SIMs cannot be replaced or reactivated.
Does the SIM support calls, SMS, or roaming?

The Epik Data SIM Pack is data-only.
Voice calls, SMS, international roaming, and IDD services are not available.

How are network speed and quality determined?
  • Service is provided on a best-effort basis, depending on coverage, device capability, and network conditions.
  • Tune Talk’s Fair Usage Policy applies, and speed management may occur to ensure network quality for all users.
What can cause my service to be suspended or terminated?

Tune Talk may suspend or terminate your service if:

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected,
  • You breach any Tune Talk Terms & Conditions, or
  • We receive directives from regulatory authorities.

  • We currently offer two variants:
    1. 1-Month Pack: RM10, inclusive of 2GB high-speed data, valid for 30 days.
    2. 12-Month Pack: RM99, inclusive of 2GB high-speed data per month for 12 consecutive months.
  • If you run out of data before the month ends, you can purchase an extra 5GB booster for RM5.
When does my validity period start?

Your validity starts immediately upon activation, which happens when you first connect the SIM to the network or start using data β€” whichever comes first.

What happens after my data quota finishes?

Once your data is fully used, you can continue browsing by purchasing a 5GB data booster for RM5. Data usage will stop until the booster is purchased.

What happens when my SIM validity ends?
  • After your validity period ends, your SIM will enter a 30-day Grace Period.
  • During this period, you can repurchase or extend your plan.
  • If you don’t repurchase or extend it within the Grace Period, the SIM will be permanently terminated and cannot be reactivated.
Do I need to complete eKYC (electronic verification)?
  • When you repurchase the pack for the first time, you’ll need to complete an eKYC verification process as required by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
  • Your repurchase and continued service will only proceed after successful verification.
Can I use Epik Data SIM on any device?
  • The Epik Data SIM Pack is intended for use in a single compatible device only.
  • Please ensure your device supports the Tune Talk/CelcomDigi network.
  • Tune Talk is not responsible for the performance or warranty of any third-party devices.
Where do I check my balance and validity?

Scan the QR code provided on the Pack to access the Data SIM portal and view your quota, validity, and repurchase options.

Can I get a refund for unused data or early termination?
  • All charges are non-refundable once completed, including unused data or partially used cycles.
  • Refunds are only processed if you are charged, but the internet plan wasn’t successfully activated. in that case, please contact Customer Care with proof of payment.
How is my personal data handled?
  • Your personal data will be processed according to Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy, available on tunetalk.com
  • By using the Pack, you consent to this data processing.
