- Yes! You can repurchase the pack via the Tune Talk Epik Data SIM Webpage or by scanning the QR code provided with your pack.
- Multiple purchases will stack sequentially, with the next cycle starting after the current one ends.
- You can request a SIM replacement by contacting Tune Talk Customer Care.
- After verification, any remaining validity and unused data will be transferred to your new SIM.
- Please note:
- A replacement fee may apply.
- Replacement is only allowed if the SIM is active or within the Grace Period.
- Expired SIMs cannot be replaced or reactivated.

Tune Talk may suspend or terminate your service if:
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected,
- You breach any Tune Talk Terms & Conditions, or
- We receive directives from regulatory authorities.

- We currently offer two variants:
- 1-Month Pack: RM10, inclusive of 2GB high-speed data, valid for 30 days.
- 12-Month Pack: RM99, inclusive of 2GB high-speed data per month for 12 consecutive months.
- If you run out of data before the month ends, you can purchase an extra 5GB booster for RM5.
Your validity starts immediately upon activation, which happens when you first connect the SIM to the network or start using data β whichever comes first.
Once your data is fully used, you can continue browsing by purchasing a 5GB data booster for RM5. Data usage will stop until the booster is purchased.
- After your validity period ends, your SIM will enter a 30-day Grace Period.
- During this period, you can repurchase or extend your plan.
- If you donβt repurchase or extend it within the Grace Period, the SIM will be permanently terminated and cannot be reactivated.
- When you repurchase the pack for the first time, youβll need to complete an eKYC verification process as required by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
- Your repurchase and continued service will only proceed after successful verification.
- The Epik Data SIM Pack is intended for use in a single compatible device only.
- Please ensure your device supports the Tune Talk/CelcomDigi network.
- Tune Talk is not responsible for the performance or warranty of any third-party devices.

- All charges are non-refundable once completed, including unused data or partially used cycles.
