Where do I link my Touch βn Go eWallet?
Go to Tune Talk App β Manage Payment β Touch βn GoΒ eWallet, then follow the on-screen steps to authorize.Β
Do I need to turn on auto-renewal?
Yes. You must enable the Global Auto-Renewal toggle for your account to be eligible for the reward.Β
How long do I need to keep my Touch βn Go eWallet linked?
Your Touch βn GoΒ eWalletΒ must stay linked and active for 30 consecutive days without any changes.Β
When will I receive my Tune Talk Points?
Tune Talk Points will be credited after you complete the full 30-day period, provided all requirements are met.Β
How many rewards can I earn?
You can earn one (1) reward perΒ NRICΒ only.Β
What happens if I unlink or change my Touch βn Go eWallet before 30 days?
You will not qualify for the Tune Talk Points if theΒ eWalletΒ is removed or changed before the 30-day period ends.Β
Where will my points be credited?
Points will be credited to the first active mobile number under your Tune Talk account, based on the earliest SIM activation date.Β
