Can Tune Talk change or cancel Link & Earn?
Yes. Tune Talk may change or end the reward program at any time, but weβll always strive to keep it fair and transparent.
I met all the conditions but didnβt get my points. What should I do?
No worries! Contact our Customer Care team via the app. Please include:
- Your mobile number
- The date you added your card
- A screenshot of your Manage Payment page (if possible)
Can I transfer or cash out the points?
No. Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.
When will I receive the points?
Youβll get the points after 30 days, once all requirements are met and your card remains active.
Which number gets the points if I have multiple lines?
The earliest active SIM in your account will receive the 500 points.
Can I get 500 points more than once?
No. This is a one-time reward per Tune Talk account.
How does auto-renewal work?
There are two toggles:
- Plan Auto-Renewal
- Global Auto-Renewal

Why do I need to turn on auto-renewal?
Turning on auto-renewal ensures that your plan renews using your card. Itβs a requirement for the reward.
Can I switch my default card during the 30 days?
No. Your card must remain the default payment method for the full 30 days to stay eligible.
What if I remove or change my card before the 30 days are up?
Youβll lose eligibility for the reward if the card is removed or changed during the 30-day period.
Can I use a card Iβve added before?
No. Only newly added cards are eligible. Cards already saved in your account wonβt qualify.
Do I get 500 points right away?
No. The points will be credited after 30 days, as long as your card stays active and all conditions are met.
How do I get started?
Just follow these steps:
- Open the Tune Talk App
- Go to Manage Payment
- Add a new debit or credit card
- Set it as your default card
- Turn on the Global Auto-Renewal toggle
- Keep the card active for at least 30 days
