Yes. You will receive confirmation in the Tune Talk App and, for providers like PLN, a PIN/token code under your purchase history.
If your payment is unsuccessful:
- TTNow+ payments will be credited back to your balance automatically.
- Other payment methods will be refunded to your original payment method after verification.
- TTNow+ Payments: All successful transactions are final and non-refundable except where payment fails.
- Other Payment Methods: If payment fails, you may contact Tune Talk Customer Care for a refund request, which will be reviewed in line with our refund policies.
- For most providers, payment is processed instantly or within minutes.
- For certain utilities, it may take up to 24 hours due to provider processing times.
No service tax applies when paying with TTNow+ credit balance. Other payment methods will follow current Malaysian tax regulations.
You can pay using:
- TTNow+ airtime balance
- Online banking (FPX)
- Credit/Debit Card (with saved card option available)
- Selected e-wallets

- Go to Value Added Services > Utilities (International).
- Select the country and service provider.
- Enter the required account or meter number.
- Choose the payment amount and confirm your payment method.
Yes:
- PLN (Indonesia): You will receive a PIN/token after payment, which must be used to activate your utility service.
- PGN (Indonesia): No PIN/token will be issued. Payment is sent directly to the providerβs system.
The list of supported countries and utility providers is available in the Tune Talk App under the VAS Utilities (International) section. The list will expand over time, and Tune Talk may add or remove providers without prior notice.
VAS Utilities (International) lets you pay selected international utility bills (e.g., electricity, gas, water, or telecommunications) for eligible service providers in participating countries directly from your Tune Talk App.
