How You’ll Use MyDigital ID with Tune Talk
This process securely matches your MyKad details and facial biometrics for accurate identity validation.
Step 1
Open Tune Talk App and click on Verify Now.* An alert icon (!) will appear next to your mobile number if it is not verified.
Step 2
Please select the mobile number(s) you wish to verify and click Verify Now.
Step 3
Click Proceed to continue the process.
Step 4
After verification, a verified badge and label will show next to your number.Your MyKad and biometrics are verified instantly to ensure legitimate ownership.
Step 1
During SIM registration, MyKad users are required to complete verification using MyDigital ID.
Step 2
Please ensure you have registered with MyDigital ID before proceeding with verification.
Step 3
After verification is complete, you can continue with your SIM registration.Your verified digital identity allows seamless login without relying on SMS OTPs.

Open Tune Talk App and click on Login.
Step 2
On the login screen, select MyDigital ID.
Step 3
Review the consent message and tap I Agree to continue. You will then be logged into the Tune Talk App.- Compliant with MCMC Mandatory Standards on identity verification.
