One Year Validity Plan (OVP) shall be subjected to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. One Year Validity Plan Terms and Conditions shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription terms and conditions and shall be read together with the following as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time.

   2. Tune Talk JIMAT Prepaid Pack Terms and Conditions
   3. Tune Talk HI-VALUE Prepaid Pack Terms and Conditions
   4. Tune Talk CUN Value Prepaid Pack Terms and Conditions
   5. Tune Talk VALUE Prepaid Pack Terms and Conditions
   6. Tune Talk BUDDIES Prepaid Pack Terms and Conditions.
2. Subscribers who subscribe to this OVP hereof shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this OVP Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This validity plan shall only be valid to the subscribers from the list hereinbelow: –
   
   1.  Tune Talk Epik Pack Subscribers (“TTEpik Subscribers”),
   2. Tune Talk JIMAT Pack Subscribers (“TTJIMAT Subscribers”),
   3. Tune Talk HI-VALUE Subscribers (“TTHV Subscribers”),
   4. Tune Talk CUN VALUE PREPAID Subscribers (“TTCVP Subscribers”),
   5. Tune Talk VALUE PREPAID Subscribers (“TTVP Subscribers”)
   6. Tune Talk BUDDIES Subscribers (“TT BUDDIES Subscribers”).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. This OVP consists of three (3) types of validity plans as set forth below mentioned : –

   2. Extend100
   3. Extend35
2. The details of the OVP shall be stated in the table below mentioned: –

3. Purchase of Extended Validity Plan.
   
   1. Extend28
      
      • Extend28 shall be priced at RM28.00 and only be made available to the TT BUDDIES Subscribers.
      • Extend28 includes a 365 days validity which shall be activated from the date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, it shall not be allowed to stack on top of any existing validity.
      • The subscription of the Extend28 plan shall be made available via the Tune Talk App or SMS.
   2. Extend100
      
      • Extend100 shall be priced at RM100.00 and includes a 10GB Basic Internet, alongside with a 365 days validity, which shall be activated from the date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, it shall not be allowed to stack on top of any existing validity.
      • Extend100 shall be made available to subscribers under the following Tariff: –
        • TTVP
        • TTCVP
        • TTHVP
      • The subscription of the Extend100 plan shall be made available via the Tune Talk App or SMS.
   3. Extend35
      
      • All TTEpik Subscribers, TTJIMAT Subscribers, TTHV Subscribers, TTCVP Subscribers and TTVP Subscribers shall be allowed to purchase the 365 Validity Plan at the price of RM35.00.
      • The subscription of the 365 Validity Plan shall be available via the Tune Talk App or SMS.
      • The 365 Validity Plan includes a 365 days validity which shall be activated from the date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, it shall not be allowed to stack on top of any existing validity.
      • Upon the successful subscription to the 365 Validity Plan, all the eligible subscribers’ existing Free Basic Internet (FBI) shall be discontinued in perpetuity, until a change of tariff is made in the future.
      • Subscribers hereby understands, agrees, and acknowledge that in the event the FBI has been deprovisioned from the Subscriber’s pack, Subscribers shall not be able to use any of the Unlimited Apps (Social, Chat, & Video) unless subscriber decides to resubscribe to Basic Internet (BI).
      • In the event subscriber resubscribes to the Basic Internet plan, the resubscription shall be at the one-off price of RM80, at a speed of 256kbps. Resubscription shall be made available by calling Tune Talk’s Customer Care for assistance.
4. All queries pertaining to the services herein shall be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 between 8am to 10pm daily.
5. All subscribers that participate in this promotion shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained and/or amended herein together with all terms and conditions related to the provision of Tune Talk’s service. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence shall be attended to.
6. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
7. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
8. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
9. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements as stated HERE. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
