The new Tune Talk Pek Epik Prepaid internet plans and passes (hereinafter referred to as “TT Epik Plans”) are subjected to the following terms and conditions:

1. This TT Epik Plans Terms and Conditions shall act as a supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription and shall be read together with Tune Talk Epik Prepaid Pack Terms & Conditions (“TT Pek Epik T&Cs”) as and when so amended by Tune Talk from time to time. Subscribers who subscribe to any internet plans under this TT Epik Plans shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein, alongside with the terms and conditions of Tune Talk Service Subscription. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained.

EFFECTIVE DATE

1. TT Epik Plans shall be made available from 00:01, 27th October 2023 (“Effective Date”) onwards.

ELIGIBILITY

1. These TT Epik Plans shall be made eligible to new Tune Talk subscribers (as of 00:01hrs, 27th October 2023 and onwards) and the existing Tune Talk subscribers (collectively as “Subscribers”) who have switched into TT Epik Pack. Eligible Subscribers shall mean subscribers who submit their port-in request from the Effective Date onwards.

LIMITATION

1. Previous internet plans (including but not limited to plans, freebies and/or offers under Tune Talk BUDDIES, Tune Talk VALUE, Tune Talk CUN VALUE, Tune Talk HI VALUE or Tune Talk JIMAT plans etc.) shall no longer be available for TT Epik subscribers, and from the Effective Date onwards can only subscribe to all plans enlisted in Clause 1 of Product Description herein, including future offers eligible to TT Epik Pack subscribers.
2. 5G eligibility and coverage for 5G connectivity
   
   1. To enjoy a seamless 5G experience, subscribers shall ensure that they are:
      
      1. Using a 5G compatible device, wherein the list of 5G compatible
         models can be found here (refer to ‘5G Supported Devices’ section)
      2. In a 5G coverage area (refer here for 5G coverage map)
      3. In the event where one or more of the above criteria are not met, subscribers shall not be able to enjoy the 5G service, speeds, or enjoy the full potential which the eligible 5G plans or add-ons are able to offer.

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. TT Epik shall be only effective in Malaysia wherein the details of the TT Epik Plans (quota, validity, and price) shall be set out in the table below:

2. Terms & Conditions of TT Epik Plans and Passes
   
   1. Short-term Passes
      
      1. 2Hari Pass
         • 2Hari Pass shall be priced at RM2.00. This pass includes:
           
           • 500MB Hi-Speed Base Internet
           • Unlimited voice calls within Tune Talk network
         • Any hotspot usage with this pass shall utilise the 2Hari Pass Base Internet
         • 2Hari Plan shall be valid for 2 days. In the event the subscriber subscribes to another 2Hari Pass while having an active 2Hari Pass, the active pass shall thereafter be forfeited.
         • Any balance quota from the 2Hari Base Internet shall not be carried forward and the plan shall not be automatically renewed.
         • 2Hari Pass can co-exist with other Internet plans available.
      2. Mingguan Pass
         • Mingguan Pass shall be priced at RM12.00. This pass includes:
           
           • Unlimited Base Internet (Subject to Fair Usage Policy of 15GB)
           • Unlimited voice calls to all networks
         • The Unlimited Base Internet shall be based on Standard Definition quality.
         • Mingguan Pass subscribers shall be required to purchase eligible add-ons in the event hotspot is required, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of the Product Description.
         • Mingguan Pass shall be valid for 7 days. In the event the subscriber subscribes to another Mingguan Pass while having an active Mingguan Plan, the original active pass shall thereafter be forfeited.
         • Any balance quota from the Mingguan Pass Base Internet shall not be carried forward and the plan shall not be automatically renewed.
   2. Monthly Plans
      
      1. EpikCall 20 Monthly Plan (“EpikCall20”)
         • EpikCall20 is priced at RM20.00. This plan includes:
           
           • 10GB Hi-Speed Internet
           • Bonus unlimited internet for Chat & Navigation Apps (refer to Clause 6(e)(i) of Product Description)
           • unlimited voice calls to all networks.
         • Any usage on YouTube, Netflix, and Facebook (including Facebook Messenger) (“Whitelisted Video Streaming Apps”) shall utilize the base internet at SD quality.
         • Any hotspot usage is to be shared with EpikCall20 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available). For the avoidance of doubt, speed limits for selected apps apply.
         • EpikCall20 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
         • EpikCall20 shall be valid for 30 days. In the event the subscriber subscribes to another EpikCall20 plan while having an active EpikCall20 plan, the active plan shall thereafter be forfeited.
      2. Epik 35 Monthly Plan (“Epik35”)
         • Epik35 shall be priced at RM35.00. This plan includes:
           
           • 30GB Hi-Speed Base Internet
           • Bonus 5GB Hi- Speed Hotspot Internet
           • Bonus unlimited internet for Social, Chat & Video (refer to 6(e)(ii) of Product Description)
           • Unlimited voice calls to all networks
         • Any hotspot usage shall utilise the Epik35 bonus Hotspot Internet and/or add-ons (if available).
         • Epik35 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
         • Epik35 shall be valid for 30 days. If the subscriber subscribes to another Epik35 plan while having an active Epik35 plan, the active plan shall thereafter be forfeited.
      3. Epik5G 45 Monthly Plan (“Epik5G 45”)
         • The Epik5G 45 shall be priced at RM45.00. This plan includes:
           
           • 30GB 4G/5G Base Internet
           • Bonus unlimited 5G internet (subject to Fair Usage Policy of 70GB)
           • Unlimited voice calls to all networks
         • The Base Internet shall be utilized in the event the bonus 5G internet has reached its FUP.
         • The Bonus unlimited 5G internet included in Epik5G 45 offers speeds up to 100Mbps.
         • Upon the expiry, replacing or manual stopping of Epik5G 45, the subscriber’s SIM shall thereafter revert to 4G and shall be reprovisioned if the auto-renewal of Epik5G 45 or other 5G plans are successful.
         • Epik5G 45 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
         • Epik5G 45 shall be valid for 30 days. If the subscriber subscribes to another Epik5G 45 plan while having an active Epik5G 45 plan, the active plan shall thereafter be forfeited.
      4. Epik 50 Monthly Plan (“Epik50”)
         
         • The Epik50 shall be priced at RM50 and includes:
           • 350GB Base Internet at speeds of up to 6Mbps
           • Bonus 10GB Hotspot Internet of up to 6Mbps
           • Unlimited voice calls to all networks
         • Any hotspot usage shall utilise the Epik50’s bonus Hotspot Internet and/or add-ons (if available).
         • Epik50 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 6(d) of Product Description.
         • Epik50 shall be valid for 30 days. If the subscriber subscribes to another Epik50 plan while having an active Epik50 plan, the active plan shall thereafter be forfeited.
   3. Yearly Plan
      
      1. Tahunan 99 Plan (“Tahunan99”)
         • Tahunan99 shall be priced at RM99 and includes:
           
           • 2GB Hi-Speed Monthly Base Internet (per 30 days) for 12 cycles
           • Bonus unlimited internet for Chat & Navigation Apps (refer to Clause 6(e)(i) of Product Description)
           • Unlimited voice calls within Tune Talk network
         • Any hotspot is to be shared with Tahunan99 2GB Monthly Base Internet and/or boosters (if available)
         • Tahunan99 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
         • Any Tahunan99 subscription allows a 30 days of credit validity extension for every cycle.
         • Balance of internet quota or boosters from each cycle will not be carried forward to the next refreshed cycle.
      2. Tahunan 200 Plan (‘Tahunan 200”)
         • Tahunan200 shall be priced at RM200 and includes:
           
           • 10GB Hi-Speed Monthly Base Internet (per 30 days) for 12 cycles
           • Unlimited voice calls within Tune Talk network
         • Any hotspot shall be shared with Tahunan200 10GB Monthly Base Internet and/or boosters (if available).
         • Tahunan200 subscribers shall be allowed to purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
         • Any Tahunan200 subscription shall be given a 30 days of credit validity extension for every cycle.
         • Balance of internet quota or boosters from each cycle shall not be carried forward to the next refreshed cycle.
   4. Add-Ons
      
      1. 4G Internet
         
         1. 1.5GB Booster (“B3”)
            • B3 shall be priced at RM3.00 and include 1.5GB Hi-Speed Internet.
            • B3 shall follow the validity of the subscriber’s active MI plan (active cycles for Yearly plans) and shall be made available to the following TT Epik plans and passes:
              
              1. EpikCall 20
              2. Epik 35
              3. Epik5G 45
              4. Epik 50
              5. Mingguan
              6. Tahunan 99
            • Whitelisted video streaming apps shall utilize B3 at SD quality.
         2. 10GB Booster (“B10”)
            • B10 is priced at RM10.00 and shall include a 10GB Hi-Speed Internet.
            • B10 shall follow the validity of the subscriber’s active MI plan (active cycles for Yearly plans) and shall be made available for the following TT Epik plan:
              
              1. Tahunan 200
      2. 5G Internet
         
         1. 3GB 5G Booster (“5G3”)
            • 5G3 shall be priced at RM3.00 and include a 3GB 5G hotspotable Internet and 5G network services.
            • 5G3 shall have the validity of 1 day and shall be made available for the following TT Epik pass:
              
              1. Mingguan
            • Upon the expiry of 5G3, the subscriber’s SIM shall revert to 4G, except for the event where another 5G plan or add-on is active.
         2. 10GB 5G Booster (“5G12”)
            • 5G12 shall be priced at RM12.00 and shall include a 10GB 5G hotspotable Internet. SIM shall be provisioned with 5G service.
            • 5G12 shall have the validity of 7 days or shall follow the validity of MI plans, whichever is shorter and available, for the following TT Epik plans:
              
              1. Epik 35
              2. Epik5G 45
              3. Epik 50
            • Upon the expiry of the 5G12, the subscriber’s SIM shall thereafter revert to 4G, unless in the event another 5G plan or add-on is active.
         3. 20GB 5G booster (“5G30”)
            • 5G30 shall be priced at RM30.00 and shall include a 20GB 5G hotspotable Internet. SIM shall be provisioned with 5G service.
            • 5G30 shall follow the validity of the MI plans and shall be made available for the following TT Epik plans:
              
              1. Epik 35
              2. Epik5G 45
              3. Epik 50
            • Upon the expiry of the 5G30, the subscriber’s SIM shall revert to 4G, unless in the event another 5G plan or add-on is active.
      3. Call Booster
         
         1. UNL Calls booster (“UNLCalls”)
            • UNLCalls shall be priced at RM20.00 and shall include unlimited voice calls to all networks.
            • UNLCalls shall only be automatically renewed or repurchased provided there is an active Tahunan200 plan and that there is sufficient credit balance in the customer’s Tune Talk mobile number, or any other registered forms of payment.
   5. Unlimited Apps
      
      1. Chat & Navigation Apps
         
         1. Internet for Chat & Navigation Apps shall only be applicable for text, images, videos, voice/video calls etc. posted and/or viewed within WhatsApp, WeChat and navigation within Google Maps.
         2. However, shared links (articles, YouTube videos, items from other sources that are not within the list above), is to be shared with base internet or other active internet plans or basic internet.
         3. All Voice calls or Video calls made with other apps shall utilize other available internet quotas.
         4. Unlimited internet for Chat & Navigation Apps shall only be for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspot).
         5. Chat & Navigation Apps (subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 50GB) shall be on Standard Definition quality. Upon reaching the Fair Usage Policy threshold, other Internet buckets (including but not limited to the base internet) shall thereafter be utilised.
      2. Social, Chat & Video Apps
         
         1. Internet for Social, Chat & Video Apps shall only be applicable for text,images, videos, voice/video calls etc. posted and/or viewed withinInstagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber, imo, Line, YouTube, YouTube Kids, Netflix, Viu, Astro GO and iQiYi.
         2. Social, Chat & Video Apps shall be subjected to the Fair Usage Policy at 100GB and enables a High-Definition experience. Upon reaching the Fair Usage Policy threshold, other internet buckets (including but not limited to the base quota) shall thereafter be utilized.
         3. Shared links (articles, videos, items from other sources that are not within the list above), shall utilize internet from the base internet or other active internet plans including basic internet.
         4. All Voice calls or Video calls made with other apps shall utilize other available internet quotas.
         5. Unlimited bonus internet for Social, Chat & Video Apps is only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspot).
3. Plan Mechanics
   
   1. Payment of plans and Credit Validity
      
      1. Subscribers must have sufficient credit or other registered forms of payment to purchase, repurchase or auto-renew their plans.
      2. TT Epik plans can be purchased in Active or Grace Period status.
      3. In the event a subscriber purchases any plan/pass subscription, their credit validity shall follow the validity of the purchased plan/pass, whichever that has a longer validity period.
      4. For the avoidance of doubt, new validity period shall not be stacked or added on top of any existing validity of the subscriber.
         Sample scenario provided hereinbelow:
         
         1. If subscriber’s credit is currently valid until 30th November 2023 and subscriber purchases an Epik 35 Monthly Plan (30 days credit validity) on27th November 2023, their new credit validity upon successful purchase shall then be 26th December 2023.
         2. If subscriber’s credit is currently valid until 30th December 2023 and subscriber thereafter purchases an Epik 50 monthly plan (30 days credit validity) on 27th November 2023, their new credit validity shall be maintained at 30th December 2023.
   2. Plan Expiry and Renewals
      
      1. All plans (unless otherwise stated) shall be auto renewed by default. (This setting can be turned off in the App)
      2. For all plans purchased, validity shall start on the day of purchase and shall be based daily from 00:00 to 23:59 Malaysian Time (GMT +8). Plans shall be expired at 23:59hrs at the end of the respective plan’s/pass validity.
      3. Auto-renewals shall be processed between 00:01am midnight to 01:30am the day after the plan expires. Subscribers are advised to not attempt to add or renew their plan within this period to avoid being double charged.
      4. If the subscriber has insufficient balance to be auto renewed, the subscription shall thereafter be deactivated. To subscribe the Internet plan again, subscriber may reload and re-subscribe.
      5. if you use other payment methods such as Credit/Debit card or FPX or eWallet, auto renewals will not be allowed.
      6. Upon the expiry of plans, no quotas (Internet, voice, SMS) or any balance thereof shall be carried forward.
   3. Replacing or combining plans
      
      1. Subscribers can purchase only one monthly plan, or yearly plan, or weekly pass at a time. If subscriber purchases a new plan while having another active plan, the newly purchase plan will override the existing plan, and any remaining unused internet and voice quota will be forfeited.
      2. However, 2Hari Pass, add-ons and other bonus plans/passes can co-exist with an active plan.
      3. For more information on specific plans eligible for auto renewal and the plans validity, please refer to the table in Clause 6 herein.
   4. Any depletion of Internet usage after any paid or promotional internet, subscriber may revert to Free Basic Internet (if available).
   5. An SMS shall be sent to the subscriber pertaining to their usage at 90% and 100% respectively.
   6. All unlimited voice calls (within Tune Talk’s network or other networks) shall be subjected to the Fair Usage Policy.
   7. Prioritization of Usage Across Multiple Internet Buckets
      In the event of multiple active Internet plans, utilization shall be based pursuant to the table below:Priorities are sorted by highest (1) to lowest (9)

4. All prices mentioned in Clause 1 of Product Description herein shall be excluded from the Sales & Services Tax (“SST”). SST shall be charged to non-Malaysian’s subscribers (registered with Passport) for any purchase via non-credit forms of payment (e.g. credit or debit card).
5. Calls to premium/special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300 and 1-800 numbers) shall incur charges pursuant to the applicable rates.
6. All unused Internet balances shall be forfeited and request for refunds shall not be accommodated.
7. Tune Talk hereby reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate the service, plans, Internet, voice or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the subscriber is in violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
8. All queries pertaining to the abovementioned plans shall be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by Live Chat, calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 (non-Tune Talk or overseas) from 8am to 10pm daily.
9. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
10. The law governing these Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
11. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or Fair Usage Policy at any time, without prior notice.
12. The subscriber’s personal information is subjected to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements and governed by Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy. Kindly refer to the link for detailed information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
