These Terms and Conditions (“Plan Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the DUM DUM SIM plan (“Plan”) provided by Tune Talk. By subscribing to the DUM DUM SIM Plan, you (“Subscriber”) agree to be bound by the following terms in addition to the Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms set out by Tune Talk.

1. General Terms
   1. The DUM DUM SIM Plan is a data-only service and is available for all individuals.
   2. The Plan is supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Plan Terms and Conditions and the Service Subscription Terms, the terms in the Service Subscription Terms shall prevail.
   3. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these Plan Terms and Conditions and the Service Subscription Terms at any time without prior notice to the Subscriber.
2. DUM DUM SIM Plan Details
   1. The DUM DUM SIM Plan consists of two service tiers, as detailed below:

      15 days validity	15 days validity
      20GB of Data	40GB of Data
      Hotspot (Shared with 20GB)	Hotspot (Shared with 40GB)
      5G/4G Network access	5G/4G Network access

   2. The DUM DUM SIM is a data-only plan. Voice and text services are not included.
   3. The DUM DUM SIM will be activated based on the Malaysia Time Zone (GMT +8:00). The activation will occur at 12:00:00 AM and will expire at 11:59:59 PM on the same day.
3. Delivery and Shipping
   1. For Malaysia local delivery, a minimum of 7 days advance notice is required to place an order, and the shipping cost is RM6.
   2. Delivery within Malaysia will take approximately 3-5 working days from the time of order confirmation.
4. Add-Ons and Validity Extension
   1. Subscribers can enhance their data allocation or extend their validity period by using the QR code or visiting the website at www.tunetalk.com/dumdum/.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. By subscribing to the DUM DUM SIM Plan, the Subscriber unconditionally agrees to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
