These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services known as βIntroducing Games and Drama on the Tune Talk AppβΒ (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tune Talk Sdn BhdΒ (“Tune Talk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Services through the Tune Talk Selfcare Application (“Tune Talk App”), you (“User”, “Subscriber”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the Terms set forthΒ herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.Β

Drama on the Tune Talk App is a subscription-based entertainment feature made available through the Tune Talk App, which allows eligible Subscribers to access drama content subject to these Terms.Β- Eligibility and Pricing

- Drama Subscription pricing and access are as follows:
- Eligibility NotesΒ :
- For TuneΒ TalkΒ prepaid users with an active plan, onlyΒ TTEPIKΒ and equivalent tariff plans are eligible, excludingΒ EntEpikΒ tariff, unless otherwiseΒ statedΒ by Tune Talk.Β
- For planless users, includingΒ G1 usersΒ andΒ Free App users, a valid recurring payment method is mandatory.Β
- Tune Talk reserves the right to revise the list of eligible plans, planΒ categories, pricing, and access rules at any time.Β
- Subscription and PaymentΒ
- Eligible users may subscribe to the Drama Subscription service through the Tune Talk App.Β
- Successful payment will trigger immediate activation of the Drama SubscriptionΒ andΒ entitlement sync to Tune Talkβs appointed content partner or platform.Β
- DramaΒ SubscriptionΒ provides access to eligible drama content made available through the Tune Talk App,Β subjectΒ to the subscriberβsΒ eligibility, subscription status, and service availability, subscription status, and service availability.Β
- All DramaΒ SubscriptionsΒ requireΒ aΒ recurring payment method.Β Currently accepted payment methods are:Β
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Touch’n Go Auto Debit
- Auto-Renewal:
- All Drama Subscriptions areΒ auto renewed by defaultΒ using the subscriberβs saved recurring payment method.Β
- By subscribing, the user authorizes Tune Talk to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee based on the userβs eligibility and plan category at the time of renewal.Β
- The renewal price may change if the user changesΒ plan, becomes planless, ports in, or otherwise changes category before the next renewal date.Β
- Change of Plan or User Category
- If a user upgrades or downgrades their Tune Talk plan, the Drama Subscriptions will remain active unless the renewal is cancelledΒ in accordance withΒ these Terms.Β
- The renewal fee for the Drama Subscription shall be based on the plan or user category active at the time of renewal.Β
- AΒ planΒ change does not by itself cancel the Drama Subscriptions or its auto renewal.Β
- G1 and Planless UsersΒ
- For users in G1 or other eligible planless categories, the Drama Subscriptions may continue to renew at the applicable planless pricing, subject to account status and successful recurring payment.Β
- Subscribers in G1 who have an active DramaΒ SubscriptionΒ may continue to access eligible drama content for the duration of the active subscription period, subject to system and account validity.Β
- Expired SIMs and Port-OutΒ
- If a subscriberβs SIM expiresΒ orΒ the subscriber ports out from Tune Talk, the Drama Subscription will not renew further andΒ shall expireΒ at the end of the then-currentΒ subscriptionΒ validity period.Β
- Upon SIM expiryΒ or port-out, access to drama content may beΒ terminatedΒ as the account no longer beΒ valid orΒ bound to a Tune Talk MSISDN.Β
- The subscriber may also be logged out from the Tune Talk App.Β
- Failed RenewalΒ
- If a subscription renewal payment fails for any reason, the Drama Subscription shall automatically expire at the end of the current subscription cycle, unless otherwiseΒ determinedΒ by Tune Talk.Β
- Access Experience and User JourneyΒ
- Users on Epik+35, Epik+50, and App Free Version may view the Drama Subscription optionΒ in the Tune Talk App andΒ proceedΒ with payment.
- Other eligible users may be shown a paywall with a call-to-action toΒ purchaseΒ the Drama Subscription or to upgrade to an eligible plan where applicable.Β
- Non-eligible usersΒ may be shown a paywall with a call-to-action to subscribe to an eligible Tune Talk plan, including but not limited to Epik+35.Β
- A user may view subscription-related information in the Tune Talk App, including where made available:Β
- Current active plan;Β
- Active add-onΒ subscriptions;Β
- Drama Subscription status;
- Next payment date;Β
- Subscription price; andΒ
- Payment method.
- Users may be able to view past Drama Subscription records through the History page orΒ such otherΒ page or section in the Tune Talk App asΒ determinedΒ by Tune Talk.Β
- Points Earning Mechanism β Drama Viewing ActivityΒ
- Subscribers may earn Tune Talk Points through eligible drama viewing activities on the Tune Talk App, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause.Β
- Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the total accumulated duration of drama viewing per day, calculatedΒ in accordance withΒ the following mechanism:Β
Drama Viewing Duration Points Earned Every 3 minutes viewed 5Β Tune Talk Points - Drama viewing duration shall be accumulated within the same calendar day, and Tune Talk Points shall be calculated based on the total eligible viewing time recorded for that day.Β Β
- Β The maximum number of Tune Talk Points that may be earned from drama viewing activities is capped at two hundred (200) Points per Subscriber per day, regardless of total viewing duration.Β
- Points will only be credited for completed and eligible viewing activity that meets Tune Talkβs system validation criteria within the applicable dailyΒ time frame.Β
- Tune Talk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify, withhold, void, or revoke any Tune Talk Points earned from activitiesΒ deemedΒ to be automated, fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.Β
- For the avoidance of doubt, Tune Talk Points earned from drama viewing activities do not grant, extend, replace, or affect access to drama content, whichΒ remainsΒ strictly subject to an active Drama Subscription.Β
- Cancellation Policy
- SubscribersΒ cannot cancelΒ the Drama Subscription directly from the Tune Talk App.Β
- Cancellation requests must be made throughΒ Tune Talk Customer Support.
- Customer Support mayΒ assistΒ the user in cancelling the auto-renewal of the Drama Subscription.Β
- Cancellation of auto-renewal will take effect for theΒ next renewalΒ cycle.Β The subscriber will continue to enjoy access until the end of the current paid subscription period.Β
- Once the current subscription period ends, the Drama Subscription will expire unless renewed successfully.Β
- Where applicable, a cancellation confirmation email may be sent to the user after the request has been processed.Β
- No pro-rated refund, partial refund, cash refund, or credit refund shall be given for any unusedΒ portionΒ of the active Drama Subscription period upon cancellation of auto-renewal.Β
- NotificationsΒ
- Tune Talk may send notifications related to the Drama Subscription, including but not limited to:Β
- Renewal reminder notifications approximately 24 hours before the renewal date;Β
- Renewal success notifications;
- Renewal failure notifications; andΒ
- Cancellation confirmation of notifications or emails.Β
- SuchΒ notification may be delivered via push notification, email, in-app message, or any other channelΒ deemedΒ appropriately by Tune Talk.Β
- Tune Talk may send notifications related to the Drama Subscription, including but not limited to:Β

Drama content availability, accessibility, quality, adΒ experience, and catalogue may vary depending on user category,Β subscriptionΒ status, platform integration, device compatibility, network conditions, and other operational considerations.Β Β- Access
- Access to Games is available only through the Tune Talk App unless otherwiseΒ statedΒ by Tune Talk.Β
- Points Earning Mechanism β Gameplay Activity
- Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the total accumulated duration of completed gameplay per calendar day,Β in accordance withΒ the following mechanism:Β
Gameplay Duration Points Earned Every 3 minutes played 5Β Tune Talk Points - Gameplay duration shall be accumulated within the same calendar day, and Tune Talk Points shall be calculated based on the total eligible gameplay time recorded for that day.
- The maximum number of Tune Talk Points that may be earned from gameplay activities is capped atΒ one hundred (100) Points per Subscriber per day, regardless of total gameplay duration.Β
- Points will only be credited for legitimate and eligible gameplay activity that meets Tune Talkβs system validation criteria within the applicable dailyΒ time frame.Β
- Tune Talk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, retract, disqualify, or revoke any Tune Talk Points earned from activitiesΒ deemedΒ to be automated, fraudulent, abusive, manipulated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.Β
- For the avoidance of doubt, Tune Talk Points earned from gameplay activities do not grant, extend, replace, or affect access to Drama Subscription content or any other paid content or service, unless expresslyΒ statedΒ otherwise by Tune Talk.Β
- Tune Talk Points shall be awarded based on the total accumulated duration of completed gameplay per calendar day,Β in accordance withΒ the following mechanism:Β

Drama content availability, accessibility, quality, ad experience, catalogue, games features, and related service functionality may vary depending on user category, subscription status, platform integration, device compatibility, network conditions, and other operational considerations. - Service Changes
Tune Talk reserves the right at any time to add, remove, replace, suspend, orΒ modifyΒ any drama content, games features, advertisements, access model, points mechanism, or serviceΒ componentΒ without prior notice.Β - Third-Party Content or PlatformΒ
The Services may be powered by or integrated with third-party content platforms or service providers appointed by Tune Talk. Use of such services may also be subject to the applicable third partyβs platform rules, policies, or terms where relevant.Β

- Billing
- Subscription fees will be charged based on the plan or user category applicable at the time of successful purchase or renewal.Β
- The userΒ is responsible forΒ ensuring that their saved payment methodΒ remainsΒ valid, active, and chargeable.
- No Refund PolicyΒ
- All successful Drama Subscription charges, including initial subscription payments and renewal charges, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Tune Talk at its sole discretion.
- Reversals or Waivers
he user agrees that they shall:- provideΒ accurateΒ and complete information whereΒ required;Β
- maintain the confidentiality and security of their Tune Talk App account and paymentΒ credentials;Β
- not misuse the Services or the Tune Talk App;Β
- notΒ attemptingΒ to circumvent any payment, entitlement, security, advertising, or access control mechanism; andΒ
- complyΒ with all applicable laws, regulations, and Tune Talk policies in connection with the use of the Services.Β
- Any abuse, suspicious activity, fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services and/or other actionsΒ deemedΒ appropriate byΒ Tune Talk.Β

- Billing
- Limitation of LiabilityΒ
- The Drama Subscription service is provided on anΒ βas isβΒ andΒ βas availableβΒ basis.
- Tune Talk makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied,Β regardingΒ the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the service.Β
- To the fullest extentΒ permittedΒ by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising from or in connection with:Β
- any interruption or unavailability of the service;Β
- failed or delayed subscription activation;
- failed renewal charges;Β
- content unavailability;Β
- login issues following SIM expiry or port-out;Β
- loss of access resulting from plan change, account status, or payment failure; orΒ Β
- any act or omission by third-party service providers.Β
- Amendments, Suspension, and Termination
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, vary, update, suspend, orΒ terminateΒ the Drama Subscription service or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.Β
- Continued use of the Drama Subscription service after any amendment shallΒ constituteΒ acceptance of the revised Terms.Β
- Tune Talk may suspend orΒ terminateΒ access to the service where necessary for maintenance, operational, technical, security, regulatory, legal, commercial, or other valid reasons.Β
- Governing Law and JurisdictionΒ
- These Terms shall be governed by and construedΒ in accordanceΒ withΒ the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out ofΒ or inΒ connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusiveΒ jurisdictionΒ of the courts of Malaysia.Β

- any applicable third-party partner terms relevant to the content platform or payment arrangement.Β
- In the event ofΒ any inconsistency, tune Talk shallΒ determineΒ the applicable interpretation to the extentΒ permittedΒ by law.Β
