These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Link & Earn! reward program (“Link & Earn!”) organized by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”), which will commence on 19th March 2026. 

1. Eligibility
   
   1. The Link & Earn! program is open to all Tune Talk subscribers who: 
      
      1. Have at least one (1) active mobile number under their Tune Talk account; 
      2. Link a new Touch ’n Go eWallet account as a payment method 
         (previously linked Touch ’n Go eWallet accounts are not eligible); 
      3. Set the linked Touch ’n Go eWallet as the default payment method;
      4. Enable auto-billing via the Tune Talk App.
   2. The linked Touch ’n Go eWallet must remain active and connected to the account for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days, without being removed or changed. 
   3. Only one (1) reward will be granted per Tune Talk account. 
   4. The reward will be credited to the first active mobile number in the account, based on the earliest SIM activation date. 
2. Reward Qualification
   
   1. To qualify for the reward under Link & Earn!:
      
      1. Eligible subscribers must log in to the Tune Talk App and access the Manage Payment page. 
      2. Subscribers must select Touch ’n Go eWallet and successfully link a new Touch ’n Go eWallet account to their Tune Talk account.
      3. Previously linked Touch ’n Go eWallet accounts are not eligible for this campaign. 
      4. Upon linking, subscribers must complete the authorization and consent process on the Touch ’n Go eWallet authorization page. 
      5. Subscribers must ensure that the Global Auto-Renewal toggle on the Manage Payment page is switched ON, enabling auto-renewal via the linked Touch ’n Go eWallet. 
      6. The linked Touch ’n Go eWallet must remain active, unchanged, and linked to the Tune Talk account for a continuous period of thirty (30) days from the date of successful linking. 
      7. Upon successful completion of all the above steps and fulfilment of the thirty (30) day requirement, Tune Talk Points will be credited once per eligible ID account, subject to these Terms and Conditions. 
   2. Upon fulfilling all the requirements, Tune Talk Points will be awarded once per ID account. 
3. Auto-Renewal Settings & Logic
   
   1. Link & Earn! relies on Tune Talk’s updated auto-renewal system, which includes two toggle controls: 
      
      1. Global Auto-Renewal Toggle (Manage Payment Page) 
         
         1. Governs auto-renewal behavior for all plans under the user’s account. 
         2. When ON: All eligible plans will auto-renew via the linked Touch ’n Go eWallet. 
         3. When OFF: Auto-renewal via Touch ’n Go eWallet is disabled. 
      2. Plan Auto-Renewal Toggle (Manage Plan Page):
         
         1. Available to users who previously used Tune Talk Credit-based renewals. 
         2. When ON: Plan auto-renews using Tune Talk Credit. 
         3. When OFF: Credit-based auto-renewal is disabled.
   2. Interaction Between Toggles:

      Note: The Global Auto-Renewal toggle takes priority when enabled.

4. Reward Terms
   
   1. Points awarded under Link & Earn! are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   2. Tune Talk reserves the right to withhold or revoke the reward in the event of: 
      
      1. Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive behavior; 
      2. Linking and unlinking a Touch ’n Go eWallet solely to obtain the reward; 
      3. Use of invalid, unauthorized, or compromised Touch ’n Go eWallet accounts. 
5. General
   
   1. By participating in Link & Earn!, users agree to be bound by these Terms. 
   2. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue Link & Earn! or its Terms at any time without prior notice. 
   3. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from participation in Link & Earn!. 
   4. All decisions by Tune Talk in connection with Link & Earn! are final, binding, and conclusive. 
   5. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
