These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the [VAS Airtime / VAS Utilities / VAS Vouchers] service offered under Tune Talk’s Value Added Services (“VAS”). These Terms are to be read together with the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions, which apply to all VAS services. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail for this specific service.

1. Definitions
   1. “VAS” means the Tune Talk platform offering Value Added Services, including International Airtime, International Utilities, International Vouchers, and Google Direct Carrier Billing (Google DCB).
   2. “VAS Voucher (International)” means the Service that allows you to purchase digital vouchers, gift cards, or e-codes from participating international merchants and service providers.
   3. “TTNow+” refers to the Tune Talk airtime balance, which may be used as a payment method for VAS transactions.
   4. “User” or “you” means any person who accesses or uses VAS and its Services.
2. Service Description
   1. VAS Voucher (International) enables you to purchase digital vouchers, gift cards, or e-codes for participating international merchants.
   2. The availability of merchants, voucher types, denominations, and payment methods may be updated from time to time at Tune Talk’s discretion.
   3. All purchased vouchers will be delivered digitally and stored in the “My Vouchers” section within the Tune Talk app under the VAS homepage.
3. Payment Methods and Charges
   1. All payments for this service are subject to the payment methods, charges, and service tax provisions stated in the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions.
   2. Refunds and cancellations for this service are subject to Clause 6 of the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions. If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline for assistance as stated in Clause 13 of the Tune Talk VAS Terms & Conditions.
   3. Tune Talk’s liability for this service is as stated in Clause 11 of the Tune Talk VAS (Value Added Services) Terms & Conditions.
4. Eligibility
   1. The Service is available to all active Tune Talk subscribers.
   2. You must provide accurate and complete details for the transaction.
5. Delivery and Redemption
   1. All purchased vouchers will be delivered digitally to your Tune Talk app and stored in the “My Vouchers” section under VAS.
   2. It is your responsibility to redeem the voucher before its expiry date (if applicable).
   3. Voucher usage is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchants or service providers.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
   1. All successful voucher purchases are final and non-refundable.
   2. If payment via TTNow+ fails and the amount is not delivered to the voucher provider, any deducted funds will be refunded to your original payment method after verification by Tune Talk. 
   3. If payment was made using a method other than TTNow+, you may contact our Customer Careline for assistance as stated in Clause 13 of the Tune Talk VAS Terms & Conditions. All such requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with Tune Talk’s refund policies.
7. Limitations
   1. Service availability, supported merchants, voucher types, denominations, and payment methods are subject to change without notice.
   2. Tune Talk is not responsible for:
      1. Expired vouchers not redeemed within the validity period;
      2. Refusal by the merchant to honour the voucher;
      3. Any disputes between you and the merchant regarding redemption or usage.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
   1. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension of Termination
   1. Tune Talk may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for operational, regulatory, or security reasons.
10. Liability and Indemnity
    1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Tune Talk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Amendments
    1. Tune Talk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
