TT Epik+ Prepaid Pack T&Cs
The Tune Talk Epik+ Prepaid Pack (“TT Epik+ Pack”) Terms and Conditions (“TT Epik+ T&Cs”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
This TT Epik+ T&Cs shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and shall be read together with the TT Epik+ Prepaid Internet Plans Terms and Conditions (“TT Epik+ Internet Plans T&Cs”), as may be amended by Tune Talk from time to time.
Subscribers who participate in the TT Epik+ Pack agree to be bound by these T&Cs together with the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions.
EFFECTIVE DATE
- TT Epik+ Pack shall be made available to all new and existing subscribers (“Subscribers”) of Tune Talk Services from 27 October 2023 (“Effective Date”) onwards.
- All eligible new Tune Talk subscribers (as of 00:01 hrs, 27 October 2023 onwards) and existing Tune Talk subscribers’ mobile numbers (collectively referred to as “Tune Talk Subscribers”) that participate in this TT Epik+ Pack shall be bound by these T&Cs together with the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and the TT Epik+ Prepaid Internet Plans T&Cs.
- Note: Effective 1 November 2025, the Epik+ 28 (50 GB) Plan will replace the Epik+ 25 Plan under the TT Epik+ portfolio. All existing Epik+ 25 subscribers will be automatically migrated to Epik+ 28 upon renewal, except for subscribers under the HTEPIK tariff, who shall remain on Epik+ 25 until further notice.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify any TT Epik+ T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. All changes will be posted on tunetalk.com.
ELIGIBILITY
- All new line activations and successful port-ins via the Tune Talk App from the Effective Date.
- Existing Tune Talk subscribers who switch to the TT Epik+ Pack from the Effective Date.
- Eligibility to switch shall be at the sole discretion of Tune Talk.
- Mandatory App Download: All new TT Epik+ Pack subscribers are required to download and log in to the Tune Talk App immediately upon SIM registration to activate their plan and access Internet, voice and reward features. Failure to download and log in within the specified period may result in a delay or non-activation of the plan. Subscribers must ensure the Tune Talk App is installed from an official source (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery).
LIMITATION
- 5G Eligibility and Coverage for 5G Connectivity
- To enjoy 5G connectivity under the TT Epik+ Pack and its associated plans, subscribers must ensure:
- They are using a 5G-compatible device, wherein the list of supported devices can be found on the Tune Talk website.
- They are within a 5G coverage area.
- Subscribers outside coverage or using non-5G devices will continue to experience 4G connectivity.
- Upon expiry or deactivation of a 5G plan, the SIM will revert to 4G until the next 5G plan or booster is activated.
- To enjoy 5G connectivity under the TT Epik+ Pack and its associated plans, subscribers must ensure:
- Forfeiture upon Switching
- Upon successful switching to the TT Epik+ Pack, all Subscriber’s existing services shall be forfeited along with any existing ‘Freebies’, internet plans, passes, booster plans and others. It is advisable for subscribers to utilise all available quotas (including but not limited to paid or free internet, voice, SMS) before switching to the TT Epik Pack.
LOCATION
- TT Epik+ Pack is only effective within Malaysia. To use Tune Talk services outside Malaysia, subscribers must purchase a valid Internet Roaming Pass.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- The pay-per-use service rates for TT Epik+ Pack are as follows:

- “On-net calls” refer to outgoing domestic calls (including VoLTE and VoWiFi) within the Tune Talk network.
- “Off-net calls” refers to outgoing domestic calls to other networks.
- Calls to premium/special numbers (e.g. 1-300, 1-800) will be charged at an applicable rate.
- International and Roaming services are subject to respective country rates.
- Switching to TT Epik+ Pack (Existing Subscribers)
- For a limited period from 27 October 2023 until further notice (“Free Period”), existing Tune Talk subscribers may switch to the TT Epik+ Pack at no cost.
- After the Free Period, switching will be available via the Tune Talk App or SMS for 300 Tune Talk Points or RM 5.00 credit (if insufficient points).
- Subscriber credit validity will remain unchanged after switching.
- Switching to TT Epik+ Pack is optional. Subscribers may remain on their current tariff plan until it is discontinued by Tune Talk.
- Once switched to TT Epik+ Pack, subscribers may not revert to legacy plans. Refund requests for forfeited quotas will not be entertained.
- Free 1GB Tune Talk App Offer (“App 1GB Freebie”)
- TT Epik+ Pack provides 1 GB of free Internet for new TT Epik+ subscribers who use the Tune Talk App.
- Applies to new TT Epik+ Pack or “Tune Talk Partner” equivalent packs in Active status on or after 27 October 2023.
- Redeemable within 60 days of activation or port-in.
- Exclusive to the official Tune Talk App (Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei App Gallery).
- Subscribers must be in Active (AC) status (credit valid).
- Redemption via Tune Talk App → Plans → Freebies & Others.
- 1 GB Hi-Speed Internet valid for 7 days (inclusive of opt-in date).
- Not applicable to existing subscribers prior to the Effective Date.
- TT Epik+ Pack provides 1 GB of free Internet for new TT Epik+ subscribers who use the Tune Talk App.
- Free Basic Internet (“FBI”)
- TT Epik+ Pack provides Free Basic Internet (FBI) for all active TT Epik+ subscribers. FBI ensures always-on basic connectivity when Internet plans are exhausted or inactive.
- 1 GB FBI (up to 512 kbps) provided upon activation.
- Auto-refreshes every 30 days from activation or switch date.
- FBI quota shall not be carried forward.
- Subscribers must remain Active (AC) to use FBI
- FBI is non-transferable and usable only within Malaysia
- Tune Talk reserves the right to alter or suspend FBI without notice. Such changes shall not entitle subscribers to compensation
- TT Epik+ Pack provides Free Basic Internet (FBI) for all active TT Epik+ subscribers. FBI ensures always-on basic connectivity when Internet plans are exhausted or inactive.
GENERAL TERMS
- All Internet, voice, and SMS plans under TT Epik+ Pack are subject to Tune Talk’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and any promotional mechanics as determined by Tune Talk. By using TT Epik+ Pack, subscribers agree to these T&Cs and any future amendments.

- Where translated versions exist, the English version shall prevail.
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Subscriber data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Tune Talk Privacy Policy available at tunetalk.com/privacy-policy.
