TT Epik+ Prepaid Internet Plans T&Cs
The Tune Talk Epik+ Prepaid Internet Plans and passes (hereinafter referred to as “TT Epik+ Plans”) are an enhanced version of Pek Epik, featuring upgraded plans, quotas, and benefits. The TT Epik+ Plans are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“TT Epik+ Plans T&Cs”).
This TT Epik+ Plans T&Cs shall be supplementary to the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions and shall be read together with the TT Epik+ Prepaid Pack Terms and Conditions (“TT Epik+ Pack T&Cs”) as amended by Tune Talk from time to time.
Subscribers who subscribe to any internet plans under this TT Epik+ Plans T&Cs shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with the Tune Talk Service Subscription Terms and Conditions. Any decisions made by Tune Talk shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained.
EFFECTIVE DATE
- TT Epik+ Plans shall be made available from 00.01, 16th December 2024 (“Effective Date”) onwards.
- Effective 3rd November 2025, a new plan named Epik+ 28 shall replace the existing Epik+ 25 All existing Epik+ 25 subscribers shall be automatically migrated to Epik+ 28 upon renewal, except for subscribers under the HTEPIK tariff who shall remain on the Epik+ 25 plan until further notice.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify these TT Epik+ Plans T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by Tune Talk shall be final, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Changes shall be published on Tune Talk’s official website at tunetalk.com.
ELIGIBILITY
- All new line activations and successful port-ins from the Effective Date via the Tune Talk App’s self-registration are eligible.
- Existing Tune Talk subscribers who switch to TT Epik+ Plans from the Effective Date are also eligible.
- Eligibility to switch shall be at the sole discretion of Tune Talk.
LOCATION
- TT Epik+ Plans shall be effective only within Malaysia. In the event a subscriber wishes to use Tune Talk’s services outside Malaysia, they are required to purchase Internet Roaming passes separately.

- The TT Epik+ Plans and passes include a range of short-term, monthly, and yearly plans, each offering high-speed internet, calls, and optional add-ons. The details of the plans are set out on the table below:

- Short-term Pass
- Mingguan Pass
- Mingguan Pass shall be priced at Rm12.00. This pass includes:
- 15GB Hi-Speed
- Unlimited voice calls to all networks
- 12 per SMS
- 7 days validity
- Mingguan Pass subscribers must purchase eligible add-ons to access hotspot services. The details of the available boosters can be found in Clause 2(d) of the Product Description.
- Mingguan Pass shall be priced at Rm12.00. This pass includes:

- Epik+ Call20 is priced at RM20.00.
- This plan includes:
- 15Gb 5G/4G Base Internet uncapped
- Unlimited voice calls to all networks
- 12 per SMS
- 30 days validity
- Any Hotspot usage is to be shared with Epik+ Call20 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available)
- Epik+ Call20 plan hotspot is enabled for one (1) device. Only one device can be connected to the internet via hotspot at any given time. If an attempt is made to connect additional devices beyond this limit, they will not be able to access the internet or browse.
- Epik+ Call20 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
- Epik+ 25 Monthly Plan (“Epik+25)
- Epik+ 25 is priced as follows:
- 1-month plan: RM25.00 per month
- 3-month bundle: RM72.00 (RM24.00 per month)
- 6-month bundle: RM140.00 (RM23.33 per month)
- 12-month bundle: RM275.00 (RM22.92 per month)
- This plan includes:
- 40GB 4G/5G Base Internet (uncapped)
- Unlimited voice calls to all networks
- 10 SMS
- 30 days’ validity from the date of activation for the monthly plan, or equivalent for multi-month options
- Any Hotspot usage is shared with Epik+ 25 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available).
- Hotspot is enabled for one (1) device at a time.
- Epik+ 25 subscribers may purchase eligible add-ons as listed under Clause 2(d)
- Epik+ 25 will be discontinued and replaced by Epik+ 28 effective 3rd November 2025.
- Existing subscribers will be automatically migrated upon renewal, except for HTEPIK tariff users who will remain on Epik+ 25 until further notice.
- Epik+ 25 is priced as follows:

- Epik+ 28 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(b) of Product Description.
- Subscribers may switch to the Epik+ 28 via the Tune Talk App starting 1st November 2025. All other mechanics, add-on eligibility, and Fair Usage Policy (FUP) shall apply.
- Epik+ 28 is priced as follows:
- Epik+ 35 Monthly Plan (“Epik+ 35”)
- Epik+ 35 is priced as follows:
- 1-month plan: RM35.00 per month
- 3-month bundle: RM100.00 (RM33.33 per month)
- 6-month bundle: RM195.00 (RM32.50 per month)
- 12-month bundle: RM385.00 (RM32.08 per month)
- This plan includes:
- 150GB 5G/4G Base Internet uncapped
- Unlimited voice calls to all networks
- 10 SMS
- 30 days’ validity from the date of activation for the monthly plan, or equivalent for multi-month options
- Any hotspot usage is to be shared with Epik+ 35 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available)
- Epik+35 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of the Product Description.
- Epik+ 35 subscribers are eligible for complimentary personal insurance coverage up to RM100,000, subject to the insurance terms listed under the “Insurance Eligibility” section.
- Epik+ 35 is priced as follows:
- Epik+ 50 Monthly Plan (“Epik 50”)
- Epik+ 50 is priced as follows:
- 1-month plan: RM50.00 per month
- 3-month bundle: RM145.00 (RM48.33 per month)
- 6-month bundle: RM280.00 (RM46.67 per month)
- 12-month bundle: RM550.00 (RM45.83 per month)
- This plan includes:
- 350GB 5G/4G Base Internet (uncapped)
- Unlimited voice calls to all networks
- 10 SMS
- 30 days’ validity from the date of activation for the monthly plan, or equivalent for multi-month options
- Any hotspot usage is to be shared with Epik+ 50 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available).
- Epik+ 50 plan hotspot is enabled for three (3) devices. Only three devices can be connected to the internet via hotspot at any given time.
- Epik+ 50 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of the Product Description.
- Epik+ 50 subscribers are eligible for complimentary personal insurance coverage up to RM150,000, subject to the insurance terms listed under the “Insurance Eligibility” section.
- Epik+ 50 is priced as follows:
- Epik5G 45 (Discontinued for new purchase)
- The Epik5G 45 shall be priced at RM45.00.
- This plan includes:
- 30GB 5G/4G Base Internet uncapped
- Bonus unlimited 5G internet (subject to Fair Usage Policy of 70GB)
- Unlimited voice calls to all networks
- 12 per SMS
- 30 days validity
- The Base Internet shall be utilized in the event the bonus 5G internet has reached its FUP.
- The Bonus unlimited 5G internet included in Epik5G 45 offers speeds up to 100Mbps.
- Upon the expiry, replacing or manual stopping of Epik5G 45, the subscriber’s SIM shall thereafter revert to 4G and shall be reprovisioned if the auto-renewal of Epik5G 45 or other 5G plans are successful.
- Epik5G 45 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of Product Description.
- Epik+ Call20 Monthly Plan (“Epik+ Call20”)
- Yearly Plans
- Tahunan 99 Yearly Plan (“Tahunan99)
- Tahunan99 is priced at RM99.
- This plan includes:
- 2GB Hi-Speed Base Internet per 30 days for 12 cycles
- Unlimited voice calls within the Tune Talk network
- Unlimited Connect Apps
- 12 per SMS
- 30 days’ validity from the date of activation for every cycle
- Any hotspot usage is to be shared with Tahunan99 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available).
- Tahunan99 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of the Product Description.
- Any Tahunan99 subscription shall be given 30 days of credit validity extension for every cycle.
- Balance of the internet quota or boosters from each cycle shall not be carried forward to the next refreshed cycle.
- Tahunan 200 Plan (“Tahunan200”)
- Tahunan200 is priced at RM200.
- This plan includes:
- 10GB Hi-Speed Monthly Base Internet (per 30 days) for 12 cycles
- Unlimited calls within the Tune Talk network
- 12 per SMS
- 30 days’ validity from the date of activation for every cycle
- Any hotspot usage is to be shared with the Tahunan200 Base Internet and/or add-ons (if available).
- Tahunan200 subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons, wherein the booster details can be found in Clause 2(d) of the Product Description.
- Any Tahunan200 subscription shall be given 30 days of credit validity extension for every cycle.
- Balance of the internet quota or boosters from each cycle shall not be carried forward to the next refreshed cycle.
- Tahunan 99 Yearly Plan (“Tahunan99)
- Add-Ons and Boosters
- Subscribers may purchase additional Internet Add-Ons and Boosters (“Add-Ons”) to enhance their active TT Epik+ plan.
- Each Add-On follows the validity period of the subscriber’s active plan or yearly cycle.
- 1.5GB 4G Internet Booster (“B3”)
- B3 is priced at RM3.00
- This Add-On includes
- 5GB Hi-Speed Internet
- Standard Definition (SD) streaming quality for whitelisted video apps
- Validity follows the subscriber’s active plan or yearly cycle
- B3 is available for subscribers of the following plans:
- Epik 5G45
- Tahunan99
- Any hotspot usage will be shared with the B3 quota and/or active plan’s Internet quota.
- 10GB 4G Internet Booster (“B10”)
- B10 is priced at RM10.00
- This Add-On includes:
- 10GB Hi-Speed 4G/5G Internet
- Validity follows the subscriber’s active plan or yearly cycle
- B10 is available for subscribers of the following plans:
- Tahunan200
- Any hotspot usage will be shared with the B10 quota and/or the active plan’s Internet quota.
- 10GB 5G Internet Booster (“5G10”)
- 5G10 is priced at RM10.00
- This Add-On includes:
- 10GB 5G Hotspotable Internet
- 50 free SMS
- Provisioning to 5G network upon activation (if not already enabled)
- Validity follows the subscriber’s active plan or yearly cycle.
- 5G10 is available for all active TT Epik+ Plans.
- Any hotspot usage will be shared with the 5G10 quota and/or the active plan’s Internet quota.
- 3GB 5G Internet Booster (“5G3”)
- 5G3 is priced at Rm3.00
- This Add-On includes:
- 3GB 5G Hotspotable Internet
- 1-day validity from time of activation
- 5G3 available exclusively for subscribers of the following plans:
- Mingguan
- Any hotspot usage will be shared with the 5G3 quota and/or the active plan’s Internet quota
- General Mechanics for Add-Ons / Boosters
- All Add-Ons and Boosters are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Add-Ons will be consumed before Base Internet quotas in order of activation priority.
- Upon expiry, any remaining Add-On or Booster quota will be forfeited.
- Add-Ons cannot be carried forward between plan cycles.
- In the event of multiple active Internet buckets, utilisation priority shall follow:
- 5G Boosters
- App-based Freebies / Promotions
- Base Internet
- Free Basic Internet (FBI)
- 1.5GB 4G Internet Booster (“B3”)
- Short-term Pass
INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY
- All Epik+ Hero Plans are eligible for insurance coverage, provided only if the following conditions are met:
- The subscribers purchase one of the following Epik+ Hero Plans:
- Epik+ 35
- Epik+ 50
- The subscribers purchase one of the following Epik+ Hero Plans:
- Subscribers may lose eligibility for insurance coverage under the following circumstances:
- Failure to maintain an active plan: Failure to purchase an Epik+ Hero Plan for any calendar month will result in the loss of insurance coverage eligibility for the subsequent month.
- Failure to purchase plan consecutively: To maintain eligibility for insurance coverage, subscribers must purchase an Epik+ plan consecutively every calendar month. Any break in plan enrollment shall render the subscriber ineligible for coverage until a new plan is purchased.
- Cooling period:
- Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, a waiting period of two (2) months shall apply to all new subscriptions to an eligible plan. During this period, the subscriber shall not be entitled to any benefits or coverage under the insurance policy. The waiting period shall commence on the date of initial subscription and shall expire two (2) months thereafter, at which time the insurance coverage shall become effective.
- Coverage activation
- Insurance coverage shall commence on the third (3rd) month following the customer’s initial purchase of an eligible plan.
- Thereafter, insurance coverage shall be provided on a month-to-month basis, subject to the following conditions:
- To maintain coverage, the subscriber must make a purchase of an eligible plan within the current month.
- Coverages shall become effective on the first day of the following month.
- If the subscriber fails to make a purchase of an eligible plan in a given month, their eligibility coverage shall be suspended for the following month.
- Coverage shall be reinstated if the subscriber makes a purchase of an eligible plan in a subsequent month, following the standard procedure outlined above.
PLAN MECHANICS
- Validity starts on purchase and expires at 11.59PM on expiry date.
- Auto-renewals run 00:01 AM – 1.30 AM after expiry; avoid manual renewal during this window.
- If balance is sufficient, plan allowed at a time; new plan replaces existing plan.
- Add-Ons and Boosters do not carry forward.
- Upon quota exhaustion, usage reverts to Free Basic Internet (FBI) if available.
- SMS alerts sent at 90% and 100% data usage.
- Unlimited calls are subject to Tune Talk’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
LIMITATION
- Legacy plans (Tune Talk BUDDIES, VALUE, CUN VALUE, HI VALUE, JIMAT, etc.) are no longer available for Epik+ subscribers.
- 5G services require a 5G-compatibale device and 5G coverage area.
- Tune Talk may manage hotspot usage to ensure optimal network performance. Hotspot optimisation for each plan is stated in the Product Description,Clause 2(b).
- Upon expiry or termination of a 5G plan, SIM reverts to 4G until a 5G plan or booster is re-activated.
GENERAL TERMS
- All prices mentioned in Clause 2 of Product Description herein shall be excluded from the Sales & Services Tax (“SST”). SST shall be charged to non-Malaysian’s subscribers (registered with Passport) for any purchase via non-credit forms of payment (e.g. credit or debit card).
- Calls to premium/special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300 and 1-800 numbers) shall incur charges pursuant to the applicable rates.
- All unused Internet balances shall be forfeited, and requests for refunds shall not be accommodated.
- Tune Talk hereby reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate the service, plans, Internet, voice or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the subscriber is in violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
- All queries pertaining to the abovementioned plans shall be directed to Tune Talk’s Customer Care by Live Chat, calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 (non-Tune Talk or overseas) from 8am to 10pm daily.
- Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
- The law governing these Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
- Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or Fair Usage Policy at any time, without prior notice.
- The subscriber’s personal information is subjected to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements and governed by Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy at https://www.tunetalk.com/privacy-policy/.
