The Tune Talk Year End Epik+ Sale Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”) and shall run from 4th December 2025 to 31st December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

1. Eligibility
   
   1.  The Campaign is open to all new Tune Talk customers who purchase the Epik+ 35 or Epik+ 50 plan via the Tune Talk App, Website, Official Shopee page and Official TikTok Shop during the Campaign Period.
   2. Existing Tune Talk subscribers who renew or change plans are not eligible for this Campaign.
   3. Corporate, dealer, or bulk activations are excluded from this Campaign.
2. Campaign Mechanics
   
   1. Eligible customers who successfully purchase during the Campaign Period will receive:
      
      • Epik+ 35: One (1) Free Coffee (M) Dunkin’ Voucher worth RM7.90.
      • Epik+ 50: Extra 300GB Internet Booster + One (1) Free Donut + Coffee (M) Dunkin’ Voucher worth RM12.40
   2. Vouchers will be distributed digitally via the Tune Talk App after successful SIM registration and plan activation.
3. Redemption and Validity
   
   1. All Dunkin vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period stated in the voucher.
   2. Lost, expired, or unused vouchers will not be replaced or extended.
   3. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
4. General Terms
   
   1. Tune Talk reserves the right to substitute the voucher with a similar item of equal or greater value at any time without prior notice.
   2. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of participating in this Campaign or from redeeming the vouchers.
   3. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
   4. All decisions by Tune Talk in connection with the Campaign are final and binding.
   5. This Campaign is subject to Tune Talk’s Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies available at www.tunetalk.com
   6. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
