These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Duit Raya Free App Campaign (“Campaign”) organised by Tune Talk Sdn. Bhd. (“Tune Talk”). By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
   1. The Campaign shall run from 12^th March 2026 until 30^th April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
   2. Tune Talk reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The Campaign is open to all individuals who:
      1. Download the Tune Talk Free App during the Campaign Period
      2. Successfully register an account on the Tune Talk app; and
      3. Complete the Campaign mechanics as stated below.
   2. Employees of Tune Talk, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE
   1. The objective of this Campaign is to encourage downloads and registrations of the Tune Talk Free App.
4. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
   1. The campaign is open to all individuals who:
      1. Scan the QR code on the Sampul Duit Raya Tune Talk 2026;
      2. Download the Tune Talk Free App ONLY from the Raya microsite during the Campaign Period;
      3. Register successfully on the App;
      4. Spin the Wheel within the App during the Campaign Period; and
      5. Redeem any prize won, if applicable, in accordance with the instructions provided.
   2. Each eligible participant may spin the wheel subject to system-defined limits as determined by Tune Talk.
5. PRIZES STRUCTURE
   1. Prizes available under this Campaign includes:
      1. Grand Prize
         • One (1) Smartphone (tentative model), valued at approximately RM6,000.
      2. Other Prizes
         • 50 × RM10 Touch ‘n Go (“TnG”) eWallet PINs
         • 100 × RM5 TnG eWallet PINs
         • 500 × RM1 TnG eWallet PINs
   2. Participants who do not win a TnG eWallet PIN via the spin-the-wheel mechanic will still stand a chance to win the Grand Prize via a separate lucky draw.
   3. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. WINNERS SELECTION
   1. Touch ‘n Go eWallet PIN Winners
      1. Winners of TnG eWallet PINs are automatically selected via Plotline, based on the spin-the-wheel outcome.
      2. PINs will be issued digitally and credited or displayed according to system availability.
   2. Grand Prize Winner (Smartphone)
      1. The Grand Prize winner will be selected via a luck-based lucky draw from eligible participants.
      2. Selection and validation of the winner shall be at Tune Talk’s sole discretion.
7. PRIZE FULFILMENT
   1. TnG eWallet PINs will be distributed digitally within a reasonable timeframe after the winner is confirmed.
   2. Five (5) participants will be shortlisted as potential Grand Prize winners.
   3. The shortlisted participants (and/or the Grand Prize winner) will be contacted using the registered contact details in the Tune Talk App.
   4. Shortlisted participants will be required to answer a set of verification questions to confirm their participation and eligibility.
   5. The Customer Care team will attempt to contact each shortlisted participant up to three (3) times.
   6. If a shortlisted participant (or the Grand Prize winner) does not respond within the stipulated timeframe and/or after three (3) contact attempts, the prize may be forfeited, and Tune Talk may proceed to contact the next shortlisted participant and/or select and alternative winner.
   7. Tune Talk will not be responsible for the unsuccessful delivery or unsuccessful contact arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated participant information.
8. DISQUALIFICATION
   1. Tune Talk reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
      1. Is found to have provided false or misleading information;
      2. Tampers with the Campaign mechanics or system; or
      3. Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities.
9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
   1. Tune Talk shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Campaign or use of any prize.
   2. Prizes are accepted “as is” and Tune Talk makes no warranties, express or implied, in relation to any prize.
   3. Any images of prizes used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
    1. Tune Talk may, at its sole discretion, amend, vary, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued participation in the Campaign shall be deemed acceptance of such changes.
11. PRIVACY
    1. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Tune Talk’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
12. GOVERNING LAW
    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
