Position the Role Reports to

Assistant Manager, Trade Support

Minimum Education Requirement

Diploma/Degree in any related field.

Responsibility
  • To process all necessary documentations submitted for all dealer classification applications.
  • To obtain and track approval flow for the applications of dealer classification for the company.
  • To maintain and track the signed dealer classification agreement.
  • To generate monthly target achievement subsidy report of the dealers.
  • To maintain, track and ensure monthly subsidy pay out to dealer is done in a timely manner.
  • To maintain and track the mobile demo line provisioned to dealers.
  • To provide support on any enquiries with regards to Roadshows and Events.
  • To procure management approval for roadshow and events.
  • Support POSM and Merchandise management when required.
  • To provide support on any trade marketing matters/issues when needed.
  • To assist with any translation of sales tools if needed.
  • To undertake any other task assigned by the immediate superior or the Management from time to time.
Dealer Classification & Renovation
  • To process all necessary documentations submitted for dealer outlet renovation.
  • Liaise with the Finance / Sales Dept and external vendors to monitor and keep track on the status of dealer outlet renovation.
  • To support on enquiries regarding dealer outlet renovation.
Event and Roadshow Management
  • Collaborate with dealers for brand-activation events nationwide.
  • Assist on any enquiries with regards to roadshows and events.
  • Procure management approval for roadshow and events.
  • Undertake any task assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.

Requirement

  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Able to communicate with various levels within the organization
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to communicate Chinese, English and Malay
  • Pro-active and outspoken personality
  • Good follow up and organization ability
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Able to travel if required
